"Arriving after dark to a broken front door and an awful smell in lobby. It was bed time for kids so I quickly handed over my card to complete payment, unload and head to room. Stairs to rooms are located outside of building not through lobby and were propped open with at least 5-7 people loitering in parking lot so we chose elevator. Made it into room to immediately find unsweep/unmoved dirty floors, black substance, possibly mold in toilet, unclean tub including hair!!! I immediately phoned...
