"The individual room needs updated! We had a balcony suite and all we could see was trees and solar panels! We noticed rooms where being worked on. Noisy! Staff not real friendly except for the door men. The outlets to plug in phones, etc where in terrible condition! Will probably not return to this hotel as it wasn't worth the price we paid."

"We booked this stay for our anniversary, and the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we were told there was no parking near our building due to events and were directed to a distant grass lot. We were also charged an unexpected $39 “lodge fee” that wasn’t disclosed at booking. The desk clerk gave us incorrect directions to our room. After walking around with our luggage and carrying it up stairs (no elevator), we still couldn’t find it. Calls to the office went unanswered....

"Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast could’ve been more pleasant as far as variety but that wasn’t a deal breaker. FYI the security deposit is $150 hold. But, i loved staying here. "
