"Not so good:
Breakfast is the exact same every day & has been for many yrs.
Corners of bathroom floor & top of baseboards very dirty.
Dead plants on either side of front entry.
Every picture frame is covered in dust.
Good:
Comfy beds & bedding
Clean bathtub & sink
Clean kitchen area
Lots of parking
Grocery store across the parking lot
Close to downtown area"

"Spend more $$ and stay elsewhere.
The beds were equivalent to sleeping on a pc of plywood. I spilled a little water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the rag was filthy. I dont think the floors have ever been washed. Our outside door didnt line up so we couldnt keep it open because bugs were coming in through the gaps. There was mildew in the shower on the ceiling. It was extremely noisy. "Worst hotel experience ever. The lack of basics like a dresser or a table or a closet. And you can't put your things on the floor because the portable AC unit in the room is causing a puddle in the carpet. If you try hanging your stuff on the little command hooks on the walls, they'll fall and take a chunk of drywall with them. There was a TV but no remote. There was trash under the bed. The decorations on the wall were damaged. No fridge, so bring a cooler, but be prepared to haul it up 3...

"Save your money and sleep in your car! Never been in such a filthy, run down place. We refused to use the shower as it was filthy and had mold. The carpet is from the 50’s and the bedding and furniture looks like it’s from Value Village. The railing was so disgustingly dirty that we refused to touch it and if we did we needed to wash our hands immediately. No cleaning during our unfortunate 2 night stay. Gross. Almost $200.00 a night as the town was full of construction workers. Absolutely...
