"It took 2 hours to check in. When my wife asked what the hold up was she was told that’s normal and to have a good day. The food on property is not very good. The room was nice and our kids liked the lazy river. Overall our family probably wouldn’t come back to this resort."

"Very noisy. No sound masking in rooms. Could hear even low talking from the next room and hall. Doors stick which can also be heard from rooms throughout the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful"

"Be aware… not worth it. This place was without internet or cable service during our whole stay at the resort. 1 week with no TV and they said spectrum didn’t repair after a minor storm in Florida. Not acceptable Hilton, especially with children. Also they charge for parking $10 a night… they close pools unannounced.. not a good experience at all."

"Love the amenities here. Multiple pools, which are well kept. Very disappointed with the upkeep of the rooms. I had the 3 bedroom “superior” room which was very disappointing. The drapes and couch were damaged and stained. The kitchen was in need of an upgrade. Furniture throughout the condo was damaged as well. Carpets and paint in the hallways are in need of an upgrade. Overall it was an ok stay. I would return in the future if the rooms were upgraded."
