"Our stay at Spectrum Resort had some strong positives, but also a few issues that impacted the overall experience.
On the plus side, the unit was well set up when we arrived. The kitchen was very organized and ready to use, and the beds and bathrooms were clean. It felt like a good space for a family stay.
However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping concerns. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and requested more from the front desk, but it was never delivered. Two of the toilets were installed crooked with messy caulking, and one of them had a chain that broke multiple times. We also experienced a safety concern where the bathtub was producing hot water even on the coldest setting, which is something to be aware of, especially with young children.
Cleanliness could also be improved—we found orange peels under the table and sofa, which suggests the unit wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
Overall, while the property has good potential and some solid features, the maintenance and service issues need to be addressed to match expectations."
