"Hotel was pretty good but noise and cleanliness were affected by light rail construction in the street, not their fault, and of course, personell presence might have been affected by war-time absences.
This is still our favorite hotel in Jerusalem.
Food is still the best. Rooms are the most comfortable in this price range."
"It was a stone's throw from Mamilla and the Old City. We left the car parked in their garage basement (which is secured by an electronic gate) and walked everywhere. We even walked to the Khan Theatre that night - left the hotel at 8pm, got to the theater 15 minutes later. The staff are so nice and accommodating. We learned that it was a youth hostel but was turned into a hotel 6 months ago. "
"The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones!
Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately.
Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."
