"Had a great 4 night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. On leaving and arriving at airport, I realised I had left car keys in safe deposit box. One quick call and two minutes later keys were on way in a taxi. Arrived 25mins later and driver wouldn't take a cash tip. All very helpful and obliging. Seville is a great city to visit"

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

Le fait d’amener le petit dej dans un sac de courses est un peu embêtant. Pourquoi pas le ramener bien présenté? Pourquoi aussi un croissant pas frais et des confitures miel etc dans ces ignobles petites portions en plastique alors que le lait est excellent de même que le pain et (le 1er jour le jambon). "This was the most unique hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The property was meticulous and the staff, especially the front desk, was superb. We loved ending our day at the pool in the gardens. Ride the Louis Vuitton elevator to the rooftop for a gorgeous view of the cathedral. The location was ideal. We could walk everywhere. While, the servers were very pleasant, the food at the breakfast was mediocre, with the exception of the fresh orange juice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!"
