"Sound proof needs to be improved between the rooms, very good hotel everything is nearby"

"Spacious and comfortable rooms, convenient location but not noisy at night. Really loved that our room had several balconies so we could open up the room to the street."

"Staff was great and made me feel at home."

"Angenehmes zentrales sauberes Hotel"

"Very loud location and poor soundproofing. The kitchen and breakfast area is on the 6th floor, which also creates noise for guest staying on the 5th."

Two pans of completely random impractical size. Washer / dryer washes but doesn’t dry. Took three days to get a clothes airer. The bedroom wardrobes had three clothes hangers between them. Requests for additional hangers were ignored. So clothes had to live in suitcases...

"Sehr empfehlenswert und die Lage ist Top"

"Great place to stay, most of the staff were friendly. Cleaning staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, very relaxing experience"

"Very well located and cute hotel"

"Property is old and run down. Very spotty internet. It is located in a good area, walking distance from a Main Street with shops and restaurants."

"I asked for a quiet room, they laughed and said "the front is the street the back is the club". The bed was soft and people were kind. The shower leaked all night noisily and there was black mold covering a 3 meter square - see photo - i asked to be moved but they said all other rooms were noisy. The spa is not in the building but a ten minute walk to a not-great part, also it was sort of gross. I waited 30 min for the staff to return to checkin. And they wouldn't allow a guest to come to my...
