The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern. The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail...

"The property location was excellent in Nachalot. It was easy to get around from here. The apartment was nicely sized and well kept. The bathroom had an excellent bathtub and shower. There was a kitchen that could be used in full capacity. I would definitely stay here again."
