"Sehr schönes Hotel und vorallem für Kinder genau das richtige. Ich denke mit einem Pool würde man hier die Kundschaft noch deftig verführen. Das neue Konzept mit dem Ausweis hatte mich beim Check In für mein Kind sehr schockiert, aber scheint jetzt auch wieder ein Standard zu sein, vielleicht auch besser so."

"Stayed one night. The hotel is in a good location for the station, check-in was excellent especially as our room was upgraded which was a very nice gesture & appreciated. Lovely room with balcony. Free coffee & tea facilities in reception. An enjoyable night & recommend & would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is fantastic! I found the stuff to be very helpful and accommodating. My room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and large shower. The ac worked great. It is very close to the main train station which makes it very easy to get around Munich and take day trips. The only downside is that the area around the hotel isn’t particularly scenic and a little tired, but never once felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again."

"The air conditioner is controlled by the hotel, which I was not a fan of. I couldn’t even use a blanket cause of the lack of air. Could barely open the window"

"Room was a little fusty when I first arrived but soon aired out. Mini bar in the room was a nice treat and reasonably priced. Check-in worked really well especially when we booked after hours and last minute but managed everything which was good. Breakfast looked good and staff were very friendly"

"Very disappointed with this Schwan Locke in Munich. We had stayed at the Edinburgh and had enjoyed our stay so we booked the Munich location. Right at the beginning we ran into issues. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door. We pressed the door release and it wouldn’t open and the door was locked. I called the number with no answer and no response to...
