"the front desk staff were not welcoming not friendly but under stress, there was water on the floor of the lobby and all the way to the elevator which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Parking at the rear at the hotel is pitch black at night which attracted "strange people". Beach view was alright but not great since we were on the second floor. This is an old hotel, so no smart tv, 2 roaches and fault odors in the corridors and lobby area...they charged a resort fee which seems to be bogus for...

"Checking in was really easy, and they even let us check in early. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The swimming pool was clean and felt nice. The elevator was small but I liked the decor. The room could have used a bit bigger trash can and the can in the hallway was overflowing. The only thing I am not happy about is my $100 deposit was not refunded and I have not been able to get into contact with anyone. I have tried to call and message and nothing. "The view from our suite was unobstructed and just what we wanted.. However, the woman at the check-in desk was rude, and uncaring. When we finally got into our room we found that the bathroom pocket door was broke. We had no privacy, which was horrible for both genders. Also the doors between our suite and the connecting room (not ours) did not have true locks. The door had a flip-stop which allowed the door to be opened about two inches. "We had a great time, I heard people complaining about not cleaning the rooms. In our second day the lady asked us if we want our rooms clean but we said no but after that it was not cleaning lady at all. the beach view was beautiful except there was not balcony for you to seat and have a great night. Breakfast was not including and you have to pay for the parking spot. but besides this we had a good time."

"The apartment was clean and very nice. Only complaint I have is either the room needs blackout blinds or curtains. The street lights comes through make it hard to sleep. I also did ask about the pool but no response from the owner. But it was fine as I’ve found other things to do. The place was right across the street from the beach and a mile from boardwalk. We really enjoyed ourselves. "
