"Stayed 8 nights with my two children. The view was lovely and so were the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, and the bar staff were very friendly. (Shoutout to Meghan!) Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Easy access to the beach. Will come again!"

It was the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again"

"Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom...

"Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though."

"First room, beach side door didnt work at all. Put us in different room and beach door worked from inside only key would not let you back in so we had to walk all the way around or leave door open if we went out to beach. We had a water drain off right in front of room so every time it rained it flooded right in front of our door tracking water into room. Only had 2 towels for 4 guest and had to return them in order to get new ones. Wasn't the end of the world but for what I spent I thought it...

"The room is clean. Did smell a little bit cool area was very nice. The only complaint I have with that is there was a family with very loud children held in the pool until 1 AM. Bed was very comfortable. It’s nice that they have regular cable versus streaming, I would stay here again."

"Very outdated room, sheets were not clean, toilet didn’t flush, no staff at all and they go under the “self check in rule” , you have to pay additional 10 dollars a day for parking, only one elevator is working, whole place smells like; weed, mold, wet/ dirty carpets… Only good thing, that it was actively an Ocean view room. Never again!"

"The was no AC, they had put a portable unit in the tiny bathroom, took up half the bathroom, wasnt even cooling the room, no notice, no communication, and rude when we questioned it. Still awaiting the "refund " that was promised because we literally could not stay there 100 degrees in Florida in July with no AC is not happening."
