"Love the hard rock Hotel stayed a few times before, this time the restaurant was a little slow lack of help, Great servers, good food, they did their best. I Would defiantly recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our two-night stay overall. The room itself was nice, though the hardwood floors needed to be cleaned better before we checked in. A good sweeping and mopping from housekeeping would have done the trick. On the plus side, parking is included in the hotel rate—a huge perk compared to nearby beach hotels charging $30+—even if the lot layout is a bit unusual, they make it work for the guests. The location is walkable to the pier, local shops, and dining. We would consider staying here...

"Was nothing like the online pictures, smelled of bleach, bathroom wall had hole just above the tub, and was very outdated. Was probably good 20 years ago."

"We had a few issues with the staff being rude when we asked for towels and specific things like that. A lot of the staff did not greet you as if you were a guest there. They acted like they just did not like you being there. We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast."

The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. That alone made us very uncomfortable. Additionally, the door did not seal properly. We could clearly see light coming through around the edges from the office, and the music...
