"The room was very run down with a strange smell when we checked in. They scanned my drivers license and credit card then GAVE ME someone ELSES card information. When I complained checking out they said that it was from “seven years ago” when the card had not even expired yet. When I called to inquire about a late check in the man was very rude on the phone.
