"Our AC did not cool properly, the staff made it right by moving us into another room. Very nice hotel and the area around is safe. Restaurants at the hotel are all good. I would recommend staying there."

"Manager Reggie was so helpful and accomodating even coming to our room to help figure out our Wi-Fi issues. Breakfast and happy hour were very good. Would definitely come back again. Only thing wasn’t thrilled about is there was no room service if you stayed multiple nights. We were ok with that though it was just my wife and I."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in STL. It is affordable, with helpful welcoming staff, and its own locked parking garage behind the hotel. It is convenient to the SLU campus and Central West End. If you aware a family or budget traveler looking for accommodations for this location, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I loved staying at the Hotel Indigo in St. Louis. It's a super cool spot, renovated retro hotel with a super cool eating establishment and bar right on the premises. The staff--super helpful. The morning after our stay, I went to the coffee bar, and because the barista hadn't shown up, the general manager was there making coffee and it was complimentary. He was so nice and pleasant. I was super impressed!"

"When I my room, it was filthy. There was riding on the bathroom shower.\n The lady behind the desk told me that there was no rooms available after I told her that I had paid online for it. Then she made me pay. An extra $10 for my friend of which I had already paid for all 3 of us, but she made me pay $10 more.Also , they said there was no visitors allowed. So overall , with the motel in the people that worked there , I am very dissatisfied"

"The hotel itself is very nice and the woman who checked us in, Keisha, was so kind and helpful. There were so many guests waiting to check in when we got there and she handled all of us with such grace and patience. The property inside was really nice as well as our room. The only issue we had was that the shower didn’t get very hot and there was construction outside that limited parking. Other than that, we had a nice stay!"
