The service was friendly and responsive, and you can really feel the care they put into making guests comfortable. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. "Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. "Room had a left over crotch towel from the previous guest hanging up on the shower curtain rail. We carefully removed it and placed it in the hallway, and it was promptly picked up by the time we left the room 30 minutes later. Other than that the hotel and staff was great."

"Leuke schone kamer (4 persoons met Vide) badkamer klein en gedateerd maar voldoet. Je ruikt de zwavel in het warme water wel, dus wees voorbereid op een iets minder aangename geur in de badkamer. Lekkere bedden en goed ontbijt. Prima parkeerplek voor de deur."

"The parking is only the tricky part. Make sure if you rent a car that it’s a small car. it’s first come first serve and parking is limited."

The room was clean, very limited amenities, the staff was not at the location so we needed to call for assistance when we could not open the door with the code. The limited breakfast was hanging on a hook outside of the door in the open. We were not aware we would receive anything so were surprised to find when we returned from a day away."
