When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...

"Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."

"I loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for me; but i’m the type who prefers a soft mattress. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. I liked that they had a free water and coffee station that is available 24/7. They also have breakfast (for an extra cost) and it was ok.
