"The hotel overall is beautiful, including the amenities and front of house staff. Only down fall is that the staff in the restaurant are a bit slow and got orders wrong. Our eggs in the morning didn’t arrive and our coffee orders were wrong. I can only assume that this is because the hotel had just opened for the summer period and they were getting into the swing of things. I would definitely return and hope that this would be better, however, overall I am extremely satisfied. "

"We had an absolutely brilliant stay for two nights half board in a side seaview top double room. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were amazing. Very quiet at this time of the year and had the Indoor Pool and Sauna to ourselves! We recommend this Hotel highly."

"Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. "Overall was a decent place to stay with rooms being clean, nice range of breakfast, staff were friendly, car park is very handy for location if you hire a car. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only thing i found not so good was the TV being an ok size but not a smart TV which would have been handy in evenings. Cocktails were nice as well. Would come back to this place sooner rather than later . "
