"The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay"

The ladies were very helpful and assisted me with booking my Island Tour and Dinner at Dexters! The icing on the cake was definitely returning to my room the night of April 5 (my Birthday) to find a complimentary massage token on my bed! That intimate element definitely spoke volumes! I will definitely be back to the Spice Isle and I would definitely stay at Hillview again.🙏"

"Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back."

"We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...
