"This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. The staff was amazing, and especially Daniela at the reception desk who made us feel like at home. She had lots of recommendations of things to do in the area and made sure we had vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast. "This property has the potential to be a 5 Star hotel/resort. The property and surrounding grounds are excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. "Non all'altezza delle aspettative. Da una struttura del genere ( e dal relativo costo) ci si aspetta la cura del dettaglio e non solo. Il servizio ha fatto desiderare.
