"The rooms were good. Clean. There is no a/c but there was a ceiling fan and a good table fan. There is not a restaurant, so go out for breakfast. They have a laundry service for a reasonable price. I would stay there again. "

The hotel has a stunning garden filled with flowers, and the rooftop offers amazing views of the volcano. At night, the vibe is relaxed and enjoyable, with live music that makes it feel extra special. The staff was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful—they truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were, helping us schedule taxis and holding our luggage on the last day after checkout while we waited for our flight. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is the perfect place, while still being just a 2-minute walk from the central plaza."
