Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly committed to providing excellent service—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We particularly appreciated the care taken to accommodate my daughter’s vegan diet, with staff going above and beyond to ensure her needs were met. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, contributing to a very relaxing stay. "This place promised a lot and underdelivered. The room that we paid for wasnt given to us - we paid for one with a shower and private balcony, but got neither. When we raksed this, the owner was confrontatjonal and did not offer a refund. We rebooked at hotel marverita and loved our stay there. They also have a Terrible restaurant, we were served whole fried prawns that hadnt been cleanedout, and the staff member told us to eat it whole."
