Un hôtel vraiment impeccable : très propre, super bien situé avec une vue incroyable sur l’Opéra de Madrid. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très professionnel et chaleureux. Les vinyles dans la chambre sont une super idée – ils créent une ambiance douce et agréable en soirée, un vrai plus !

"The accommodations were simple but very clean. Everything necessary was provided, including shampoo, shower gel, face wipes, water, coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside is the location; cars cannot pull up in front of the building. Maneuvering luggage was a challenge on arrival, but on departure, the taxi they called helped with the luggage."
