"I enjoyed my stay at Neko Boutique Hotel. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, sofa and chair, two tvs a lovely shower separate from the bathroom, everything that i needed. A kettle for tea or coffee making ,a fridge stocked with wine and soft drinks and a safe were all provided. The room was quiet, air conditioning if needed and cleaned every day. "Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after. Communication over...
