"Pool was not working , poor staff, none vending machines, do not serve food or drink after 3pm and none food at all from monday through thursday, staff were not able to help with information about taxis or transportation around since the place was super far from the center of the city."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was actually amazing, don’t skip on the aperol spritz. Also, if you plan to use the shuttle service make sure to book it in advance as it only seats 8 and tends to be booked quickly. Overall a great experience."

"Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades this place could be a 5 in the future."
