"Absolutely beautiful Japanese inspired property with a restaurant on site. The room was minimalist but well appointed and the bathroom had an oversized tub and a bidet. Outside there is a Japanese garden and there is work being done on an outdoor pool. Wonderful experience."

I booked my suite at least 3 weeks before our stay only to be told upon arrival that they canceled our reservation because they were overbooked and didn't have the cleaning staff. I asked what we were supposed to do now and they said, "I'm sorry, I don't know." They didn't offer to help find us a new place to stay and couldn't explain why our reservation was one of the (multiple) ones that were canceled when I booked 3 weeks ago. Found a Hilton Garden Inn...

"Great place. Nice room. A few quibbles: 1. steep steps into the lobby, 2. Portable ac unit very loud 3. Coffee machine was a Keurig. This level place should have better quality (eg Nespresso). 4. Shower too small - was smallest I have been in my life."

"My husband and I were so pleased with our stay. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had wonderful hot options, not like other “continental breakfast” at other hotels. The patio area was nice and allowed us to have some downtime in comfort. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"Our main concern was that the air conditioner in our room sounded like a jet taking off. When the A/C would click on, it would hum (normal - no issues with that), then after a few seconds the room would abound with a thunderous noise for a few minutes. Once the room cooled, it would go quiet. Seems like this occurred a few times during the night."
