"Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. It's true that this system lacks relationships and human contact. The key handover system is absolutely perfect and efficient. Thank you, I will come back."

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "Our room had a large sitting area separate from the bedroom area and two skylights that could be opened for fresh air or close the blind to sleep in and that more than made up for it having one slanted wall that’s so common with top floor rooms. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant. Everything was clean. It was a very easy walk from the train station, very near old town and a few blocks from the Christmas market. "
