The staff members were informative and pleasant. We did not opt for breakfast, and we did not visit the bar. The hotel is located at the bottom of the Buda castle, and this was the view from our bed. However, we made a airport pick up which never showed up, the hotel restaurant was a mystery as it seemed disconnected to the hotel and they struggled to explain when it was open- which it was not for dinner. Also the staff "hid" behind their computer screens and never provided any service so we just refrained to ask for anything; therefore if service is what you are looking for we suggest another hotel."

"This hotel is located in Buda. Beautiful rooms, well decorated. Near restaurants and castle. Safe area. Easy transportation to Pest, bus running every 5 minutes or Uber."

"We stayed in 5th floor for 4 nights, the room was great. The only issue is the shower was a bit weak, maybe caused by the low water pressure on the hill. But overall, everything else is wonderful !"
