"The deluxe room in the annex building was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a highlight to sit and enjoy the coffee in the morning. The host was top notch and personally walked us to the room and explained all the important details while making us feel very welcome. "Ich war sehr begeistert, von der Ausstattung und dem Service eher ein Hotel als ein Hostel. Das Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad war sauber und modern. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, trotzdem war es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Im Haus befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant, bei dem Hausgäste sogar einen Rabatt bekommen. Der Personal ist äußerst freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant."

"This was a quaint little hotel right inside the gate of the Old Town. We got lucky with parking just outside the gate so didn’t have far to walk with the luggage. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Ideal location for wandering around the old town and by the seafront. Definitely would stay here again."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere.
