"It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. "Good property. Parking is not really available. But that’s due to the city as a whole not the hotel itself. Zagreb is NOT parkable and I don’t recommend relaying on the parking. We had to use a parking garage a few block away and the parking and driving in the city is very stressful just a heads up. The hotel made it less stressful, super convenient location good stay, would recommend"

"It is not a four star hotel and it is inferior to Best Western and Palace Central Square which are three star hotels we stayed this trip. The hallway smelled mod covered by deodorant. The bed was so worn out that we sat in a hole on it. After the first breakfast, both my wife and I felt stomach trouble, and after the second breakfast the next morning we had diarrhea. The only positive thing we experienced was its location."

"Freti (owner/manager) was great! Easy to communicate with and made everything super easy. Check in and Check out was seamless with a combination code lockbox right outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and in a great location (easy walk to the main town square) and Cathedral and other historical sites.
