"This hotel is a straight 10. Even great hotels usually have a small niggle but I can honestly say we found no fault whatsoever with this excellent hotel. In a great location on the main street you are greeted warmly upon arrival. Indeed all the staff are friendly and efficient. It is quite a large hotel, much bigger than it might appear from the outside. Our room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. "Breakfast means had great variety of foods ranging from scrambled eggs to Brie cheese or pastries. Room was very clean and perfect for our stay, included small fridge and a safe for valuables. Staff friendly, professional and speaking fluent English. The Hotel is by Piotrkowska St so shops, restaurants and places to walk around are right by the hotel. "
