"Do not hesitate to book this hotel! This hotel is in a great location overlooking Spinola Bay but also for visiting the rest of Malta. Bus stops opposite and literally in front of the hotel for both directions also make for easy travel although we found uber great. Georgios the manager was so welcoming and professional and clearly works hard to ensure his staff are happy because all the staff were brilliant ie. The staff were so incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! "The hotel itself was very clean and the room was spacious and lovely balcony , however breakfast which although included was very basic and you had to pay extra for things that were not in the basic à la carte selection and with a very limited buffet.. Their morning on the house coffee was terrible and so you had to pay for a better cappuccino or espresso. There was not even a welcome bottle of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. Only a jug of tepid water on a 35 degree day."

"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Service könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. regelmässig prüfen ob noch Toilettenpapier im SPA noch vorhanden ist. Grössere Abstellkammer um die Koffern sicher zu lagern und nicht einfach im Gang unbeaufsichtig abstellen. Bauarbeiten nicht um 6 Uhr morgens starten, wenn das Hotel voller Gäste ist, sondern ausserhalb der Saison planen etc."
