"The only thing missing was air conditioning. I booked because I thought it said air conditioning but there was none. However, I will say this is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the location on the river is amazing. The type of hotel you make a trip just to stay at the hotel"

"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit!
