"Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time. Food was delicious. Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys. We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. "I can’t say enough good things about Tirta Sari. You could spend a lot more money at a fancier place, but I can’t imagine what more you would get. My “bungalow” was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The garden and grounds are beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and really seem to be interested in knowing you. The food is excellent, but mostly Indonesian so if you are looking for western type meals you won’t find them here. Breakfasts, however, are western. Suggestions for...

"Avions réservé une chambre quadruple vue jardin pour être au calme. Avons eu une chambre quadruple vue piscine, dont le fond jouxtait une rue très bruyante. Pas de lampes de chevets. Pareil au spa. Réservé un massage des pieds de 30 minutes. Ai eu moins de 10 minutes de massage de pieds malgré mes remarques. Le reste du massage sur les jambes. Douloureux. Bleus le lendemain. Globalement déçus de l’hôtel et des prestations."
