"Have been before to this boutique hotel and the standard has never failed. Guy on reception was friendly and pleasant. Advised that food wasn’t available atm in the hotel but that he would telephone two down at the Seamill Hydro Hotel for dinner and gave us a voucher for breakfast at same hotel. Dinner booking was abit late for us so declined and went elsewhere. The breakfast was lovely at the Hydro. Hotel was nice and warm, room and bathroom spotless. Would return and recommend to others"

"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants...

The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. I struggled to get hot shower, with all the buttons and yhen when I did get...

"Great location, room was ok - not great, showers are dated and create that swamp feel afterwards, and our view was full of pigeons and their poop. Staff was quite nice."

"Room was spotless, great shower. Bed was really comfortable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and service was great. 4 EV chargers which allowed us to charge up before going home. Only couple of issues, I filled in online the “pre checkin” form to save time (hotels words not mine). But when I got to reception I had to complete it again. Iron in the room was all sticky too.
