"The housecleaners were the worst, there was a husband and wife, and they didnt speak English so they had to get a supervisor in order to translate, and when asked if they did our room at all for the three days we stayed, yep it was checked off their list as done but no one ever showed up, we had to go down for toilet paper, towels, coffee, and Kleenex. I was not happy with the cleaners."

"The breakfast was ho hum at best. The work crews who stay there partied in the parking lot till 11:30 on a Sunday night. When leaving in the morning the drunks had two white plastic garbage bags full of bear cans and what not tossed in the near vicinity of the front door. On top of that, the young kids in town seem to get away with driving vehicles with loud exhaust and race up and down the main drag that goes by. It must be an acceptable culture in this area of lawlessness. "

"After4 attempts by phone over 3 hours on the day of scheduled arrival to confirm their checkin time, I was told that the hotel is closed and still under remodeling and would not be open for at least another 2 months. When I asked for $ back, I was told I had to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they had to call the property to verify my claim, the holes claimed that they were omen and that I just needed to call the other checkin desk. This was a total lie, I stayed down the street at a Hilton (no issues) but I drove by the blue way in and it was definitely closed. The "

"Room was clean and brand new. The bathroom door was a bit weird to get closed but for the area, I was very happy with the accommodations and would stay here again. "

"Overall appearance is very nice, but the bones of the room weren’t as clean as first appeared. Dirty marks on the walls, doors & carpet. Beds were very comfortable tho & check-in was great. Would stay again."
