"The Auberge de l’Abbatiale is a wonderful small family run hotel with excellent accommodation in a historic and very interesting building. Very friendly owner and staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Thoroughly recommended as a stop off point while travelling through France as it is located in a picturesque historic village fairly close to an exit on the A31 (13 km away). Half way between Calais and the south of France."

"We stayed here for 1 night only as a stop over but found the property to be absolutely incredible. The location is just mesmerising with various champagne makers around the village. The B&B itself is just gorgeous. We stayed in a family apartment containing 2 separate rooms which was perfect for 4 of us. "We arrived early at the hotel and because we hadnt booked directly with the hotel chain we didnt have the entry code so could not access tahe hotel. Fortunately, there was a staff member tidying up the frontage and she got the manager to come and check us in. He was very kind and pleasant The room was very good and clean with a modern shower room. We were both very surprised by the restaurant which was excellent. "
