"Cleaners didn’t bother cleaning properly and didn’t replace towels, slippers etc. bedding wasn’t change even though I asked them to. Breakfast was average and was the same everyday but staff were lovely and the location was great everything is on your doorstep I don’t think I will be staying here again "

"Great location with plenty of eateries and shops around but surprisingly really quiet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and kettle were really handy. The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe.
