"The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were great and very helpful. One thing I would like to add to this review is that it would be more convenient for guests if there were some drawers and more room to put the luggage so that we don’t have to walk over them when at the room. Otherwise everything else was great. Can comment on breakfast as we didn’t eat at the hotel. "

"Ok so there are two different buildings for this hotel and you will have totally different experiences depending on if you are in the from historic building with elegant rooms and facing the castle or if you have to go all the way to the back to that scary ugly building that in no way feels like you are in Brugge. Good luck we where first put in back and I went to desk and asked and they put us in main building with gorgeous room and perfect view of castle from our window. "
