Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Despite reaching out to hotels.com numerous times in the week leading up to our stay to tell them that the host is non responsive and none of their contact info connects, hotels.com continued to assure me all would be fine. It was not. I even asked hotels.com to book us an equivalent accomodation but they did not. We were offered our money back but the three os stranded seniors were too unimportant for the company to care about and take care of. Despicable, appalling and uncaring!
Stayed 7 nights in May 2026
