"Overall bad experience. Hotel is old and breaking. Air conditioning intermittently working. Lights have a mind of their own in the rooms - randomly on and off. Walls are thin and noise wakes you up easily in the am. Will never go back."

"We have been staying at this hotel for several years now for our anniversary. The owner Paola managed to extend our stay this year, which was perfect as it was also my birthday.
Yonel at reception took great care of our throughout our stay, taking care of all our restaurant reservations, aperitivi on the terrace, taxis bookings, spa massages, our boat trip to Portofino ect.
For us, this hotel offers us everything we could ask for a mini break away."

"The perfect place to access Cinque Terre. If you want to stay close but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle this hotel is for you. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a perfect amenity. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, views are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
