"Perfect place to stay, for friends or couples. We’ve stayed here many times now and it’s like coming to see friends. Rania at the reception is especially kind and welcoming to guests and makes you feel so glad to be staying at Jaal. Everything is clean and the food is great. "

"We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic."

"Beautiful place , excellent service , attentive staff . Had to add a night on a weather related emergency. We were going from Fez to Merzouga and got caught in a snowstorm. We decided to turn around and go to Marrakech and so booked last minute . Staff was wonderful. Checked us in at midnight . Breakfast was super and room was beautiful . Spa looks amazing . We are coming back in a couple of days "

"What can I say but wow! This was my first time in Marrakech and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The riad was beautiful and in a great location - very close to the Medina entrance. The service was top notch! Marwan and the rest of the gentlemen who worked there were incredibly helpful. They met us upon arrival at the Medina entrance, arranged airport transfers and on very short notice got us an appointment at a Hammam. Thank you, Marwan for a great trip! "

"A paradise behind a beautiful door, you just wouldn’t guess it was there. The Riad was just beautiful, peaceful, the staff were so attentive, the courtyard was large with lovely orange and lemon trees and a fountain in the middle. We particularly loved the swimming pool with the sunbeds and straw hats. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. Spotlessly cleaned every day.
