Beautiful decor, our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, and the staff were really helpful and kind (especially Gede :)). Very peaceful and away from everything else. "The grounds are filled with amazing gardens kept by the gardener "Agung". Dayu Made and her team cater to your every need, nothing is too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night honeymoon stay and made good friends with all the staff. The Bales (buildings) have lots of character and are finished to a very high standard. With a great pool and even better Balinese food cooked by the staff, we hope we can visit again in the future."

"I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great, my room was so quiet, clean and had the most amazing view. I slept really well every night and I loved relaxing at the pool area. The walk down to the river behind the resort is also enjoyable. The room and the facilities show their age a bit, but that did not bother me at all. "Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time. Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room. Overall, a decent experience."
