"This was the perfect family holiday. Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is perfect for families with young kids. The staff and kids club were just brilliant. Great food on the half board basis, good size room with nice bathrooms and really comfy beds. Property is well looked after and the pools and beach are fantastic. Would recommend and would definitely return for an easy, fun and relaxing family trip. "

"Where to start.. The Conrad cancelled our booking with 36 hours notice with no explanation or compensation. Disgraceful customer service The Conrad then offered us a room at their sister hotel (Bai di Chia) but at a rate that was £1000 more expensive than i could secure myself directly.... A move that further added insult. - All very stressful... Flights had been booked independently so we had no option but to persist and fly to Sardinia as originally planned.. We elected to stay at the Baia...
