"First time in Gibraltar and the Sunborn yacht set it off on flying colours. Just a short walk away from the airport we arrived at the Yacht and checked into our room. Absolutely beautiful! The initial room we got we were not happy with as we were onlooking the pub below but the staff graciously moved us to a room without a pub view. I must say the yacht had a fantastic feel, the fittings and fixtures were wonderful, luxurious toiletries and spacious shower and walk in bathroom. Everything you needed was there. One small thing I liked was that the TV actually had an English speaking channel and they had some old time classics on that just brought back good old memories from the past. Breakfast was so good and ran beautifully smooth despite the number of people. Everything was ready and you didn’t have to wait for anything at all. If you needed anything- just ask and the staff were so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and if visiting again I would stay here again. "This is an excellent hotel with professional, warm and welcoming staff. It’s on a very busy, loud road but once inside you can’t hear a thing. The room was spotless and serviced every day. The breakfast was a fantastic full English plus fruit, muesli, cereal, yoghurt, pastries. Everything to suit everyone. It’s a 15 mins walk to casemates square, bit less to the marina. No taxi needed from the airport as the hotel actually over looks the runway. It’s a 10 mins walk to/from the airport. Daniel on reception was excellent. All staff couldn’t do enough to please us. We will definitely return. "

"Wow, what an amazing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the luxury yacht. Our 8 year old loved exploring the boat and watching the planes take off and land. There aren’t many flights a day so it wasn’t a disturbance at all. Our host Valerie was really responsive with any questions we had and the property manager Erwann was super friendly and very accommodating regarding arrival times. Thanks so much guys, we loved it. "Overall, this is a very nice and clean place with just a few minor areas for improvement. Adding a coffee machine with pods would make a big difference—instant coffee doesn’t really match the price point and experience. We also found that the heat turns off automatically, which made the space feel a bit cold at times. The location, however, is excellent—very convenient to restaurants, shops, and transportation. Communication with the management company was great throughout our stay. One note for travelers from the U.S.: be prepared to have limited or no cellular service while in Gibraltar."
