"Booked last minute on Expedia due to flight cancellation. When arriving at midnight front desk clerk tells me the power has been disrupted and they could not take Expedia reservations. Told her it was non refundable and all hotels at DTW were sold out. Her attitude was terrible and she was going to kick me out after a long horrible day in the middle of the night. After some begging she gave me a room. For a 2 star hotel they overcharged knowing travelers were desperate. Never again "

"I have never had issues with Comfort in before but this was a horrible horrible experience. The whole hotel smelled like pot! It was dirty and looked like it should have bed bugs. I will never stay there again!!!!"
