"Showers were lukewarm at best! Tried taking showers at different times of the day and evening and they were always lukewarm never could get them hot. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT — DO NOT STAY HERE. This was genuinely one of the WORST hotel experiences my brother and I have ever had. The problems started immediately when we arrived at 2:50 PM, only 10 minutes before check-in time. There was NO receptionist anywhere in sight. Just another couple sitting there who looked frustrated and had apparently already been waiting a long time themselves. We figured since we were slightly early it wouldn’t be a huge issue, so we sat and waited...
