"Stayed here before an early morning flight and it was exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and a good size, and everything was easy and comfortable. The best part is the location. The hotel is right beside the airport terminal and next to the rental car return, so it could not have been more convenient. Very good option if you have an early flight from Vienna."

"Hotel staff friendly and helpful upon check in. Enjoyed complimentary drinks upon check in. Hotel is basically geared towards air travel for guests flying out next day. Room clean, modern, great shower and liked low light option for bathroom. Raining early next am when flying out. LOVED the short underground well lit tunnel allowing walk to terminal one or three."

"The hotel was fabulous and in a really good location for visiting attractions whilst staying out of the really busy areas. The staff were wonderful , in particular , the girl at the cooked breakfast station. I didn’t get her name , I think she said she was Polish. She was so happy, friendly and positive - an absolute credit to the hotel."

"My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. It is at least 30mins by bus from the main tourist areas, but we knew this when booking. The big issue was that the lifts were broken for most of our stay. It was annoying to...

"It’s different. Room was clean and comfortable, but it looked like it had been designed by an interior decorator right after graduation rather than a traveller. Some silly impractical features."

"Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and helpful with questions I had regarding local transport. Didn't have the breakfast dominant comment on that. We had a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room which was great but the kettle had a strong smell of soap in it and made the tea taste soapy! That's was my only negative though. Otherwise it was reasonable cost compared to city centre Vienna and good transport available nearby. "

"I stayed twice in the last month in Acotel. Very clean, the staff is very polite, and helpful! Breakfast has a great selection, and the Hotel is in a perfect location, and close to the center with the Underground two minutes away! Highly recommended the Hotel to my entire Family and friends traveling to Vienna:)"
