"We didn't get to spend much time here, but the resort was lovely and clean. Felt very safe! Enjoyed the convenience of the cafe, restaurants and spa. Staff was great all around!"

"When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. "AVOID. WARNING. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE.
Avoid this booking. The room is not affiliated with the resort. There are no facilities or services. The way it is presented on Expedia is misleading. We did not have WiFi and the AC was broken. I had to beg to end my booking which they agreed to refund. I left at the time they asked me to the following day and then they stopped responding to me and to Expedia. So no refund. I was also communicating with four people on WhatsApp and even still couldn’t get...

"I have got very good experience living in this property. Apartment is clean, staff is nice so you can always to get in touch, pool right next to the hous and near the beach.
