"Lovely location, but inconsistent service. I booked a room, and then my friends booked a room. We were put on the 1st floor, they were on the 7th. They had a balcony, we did not. We had water bottles-they did not, they were given wine and sunglasses for the eclipse, we were not. The bathrooms need attention. I get it’s near the beach, and mold is a problem-but the bathrooms should have been cleaner. The hotel was very expensive for not having breakfast included. I would not stay here again."

"It was disappointing that the rooftop pool and bar were not open throughout our stay. We went in early June so I could understand the pool not being open but the bar area around the pool and bar were either closed to residents or only accessible by private parties which was disappointing because we had chosen this particular hotel because of its rooftop amenities."

"Disliked being able to see into the bathroom when lights were on. Glass doors very flimsy. Half board evening meal poor choice and meat inedible. Breakfast fine. Receptionist and staff very good. Poor value for price."

"Very convenient location. Welcoming and helpful staff who can also speak English. The room was clean and spacious with great aircon. We were able to leave our bags with reception pre and post check-in for free which was really helpful as we arrived early and left late. Would definitely come back."
